This can occur if you have recenty changed your card details associated with your Paypal account, or if your card expires.

Please note that your Pro Account with MailBigFile will still remain active until the end of the previously disclosed subscription period.

We will email you at the end of your subscription, and give details of how you can continue using MBF.
