Multiple File Uploader
Multiple File Uploader (2GB):
As standard, we recommend using the top "Multiple File Uploader (2GB)" option; this will use the uploader most appropriate for your machine. Choose this option if the other options below are not working for you.
If you want to upload files larger than 2GB, please select the "Multiple File Uploader HTML5 (4GB)".
Please note that the HTML5 version of the uploader does not work with Internet Explorer 9 and below as these do not support HTML5.
For a more secure way of sending files, please enable the "Encrypt Transfer (SSL)" option, which can be found either on the top left or top right of your page.
If you're having issues with the Multiple File Uploader, you may instead want to try one of the flash variants of the uploader as this will use a different technology to send files. You can find the option to do this by going into your "Account Settings".
Flash Multiple File Uploader (2GB):
The Flash Multiple File Uploader requires the latest version of Adobe Flash to upload files (version 9.0.24 or later). You can check if you have Adobe Flash installed by clicking here.
Some security software, such as Kaspersky, can cause problems on the Flash Multiple File Uploader. If your Security software allows, please add @mailbigfile.com to your allowed websites.
Some of the newer operating systems may use 64 bit browsers. If you have a 64-bit operating system and are using a 64-bit browser, please ensure you also have the 64-bit version of flash player installed on your machine. You can check by clicking here.
If you are unable to use the Flash Multiple File Uploader, you can try the "Multiple File Uploader (2GB)" or the "Single File Uploader (2GB)". Please use the "Account Settings" link on your Send page and select one of the aforementioned options. Both of these uploaders use your browser, rather than flash, to upload files.
If you need support please contact us at support@mailbigfile.com. You can also view the below video to see how you change your Send Type visually.
