1. Select from the drop down box who the recipient of the file should be (either Integris Support, Migrations or SESL Finance).
2. Click on 'Browse' to locate the file you are sending on your system. For multiple file sending, simply browse for each file. You may send up to 5 files at a time. If the data files are large we recommend you use some file compression software to reduce the size, such as WinZip so that they will upload more quickly to the website.
3. Scroll down the screen and fill in your e-mail address in the 'From' box.
4. Type a 'Message', (Tell us your school name and include any other details that you think are important to accompany the file)
5. Once you are happy the correct files have been located, click on the 'Send All Files' button to upload the files to RM School Management Solutions.
6. You must leave this browser window open until the files have completely uploaded to the website. The progress bar on screen will show you how much of the file(s) has been uploaded. When the file has been successfully uploaded you will see a confirmation message on screen and you can then close the window. A few minutes later you will also receive a confirmation email with the date and time of the files that you have uploaded.
